Sesiones de lectura performativa que surgen en el invierno 2021 desde el proyecto HAMMAM. En cada sesión invitamos a un colaborador a custodiar la oscuridad mediante la lectura y la creación de un ambiente de escucha.
Es un ejercicio de corporalización de escrituras mediante la voz, y un espacio de encuentro para ejercitar la lectura como una práctica de escucha, activando una conexión con las oscuridades que nos atraviesan.
En sus primeras versiones, se ha leído el POEM4RIO de HAMMAM, segmento de la publicación editorial digital que desarrolla el proyecto (2021-22), que a la fecha ha lanzado los 3 primeros trozos de 5.
En su última versión, se leyó por primera vez el texto-práctica somático-editorial TECNO HUMEDAL, también escrito por HAMMAM, publicado en marzo 2022 en la Revista Rudimentos Nº2 titulada Tecnologías de la Naturaleza, iniciativa de TTU Toda la Teoría del Universo, plataforma cultural transdisciplinar en torno a las artes y las tecnologías de la ciudad de Concepción, Chile.
El POEM4RIO es un segmento formado por escrituras colectivas desarrolladas por el equipo de HAMMAM durante la pandemia y confinamiento, las que derivan de prácticas que retroalimentan ejercicios de escucha y escritura, donde se intersectan fuentes científicas, ficción y especulación poética.
El texto-experiencia TECNO HUMEDAL se dirige a quien lee de modo apelativo, y mediante un cuerpo escritural que intercala cápsulas sonoras, imágenes y piezas audiovisuales, reflexiona sobre las tecnologías húmedas de los diversos cuerpos que habitamos el planeta.
HAMMAM es un proyecto que explora el vapor de agua y el sonido como cuerpos medioambientales, medios de con-tacto y afectación, y el ‘baño’ como fenómeno colectivo de purga y transformación.
Performative reading sessions that arise in winter 2021 from HAMMAM project In each session we invite a collaborator to custody the darkness by reading and creating a listening environment.
It is an exercise of corporalization of writings through the voice, and a meeting space to exercise reading as a listening practice, activating a connection with the darkness that inhabites us.

The text-experience TECNO HUMEDAL addresses the reader in an appealing way, and through a scriptural body that intersperses sound capsules, images and audiovisual pieces, reflects on the wet technologies of the various bodies that inhabit the planet.
HAMMAM is a project that explores water vapour and sound as environmental bodies, means of contact and affectation, and 'bathroom' as a collective phenomenon of purging and transformation.
