Práctica basada en la respiración y sus múltiples efectos en el cuerpo y los estados de conciencia. Esta práctica es un híbrido creado a partir de los diversos métodos explorados durante el proceso de investigación del proyecto ACAPELA, tales como Alba Emoting, Canto, Kundalini Yoga, Respiración Holotrópica, Body Mind Centering, Chi Kung y Meditación Dinámica de Osho, entre otros.

Se abordan las prácticas respiratorias como tecnologías de conciencia capaces de transformar la percepción y moldear las formas de relación con lxs otrxs. Se busca activar estados corporales a través de la respiración, la voz, las emociones y el movimiento de la energía, buscando una práctica que empuje los límites habituales del cuerpo, volcándose hacia el trance, el desborde, la escucha y otras formas de transmisión y comunicación. 

Esta práctica es una invitación a testear el potencial de la respiración y la posibilidad de generar un espacio de encuentro y comunidad.

Practice based on breathing and its multiple effects on the body and states of consciousness. This practice is a hybrid created from the various methods explored during the research process of ACAPELA project, such as Alba Emoting, Singing, Kundalini Yoga, Holotropic Breathing, Body Mind Centering, Chi Kung and Dynamic Meditation of Osho, among others.

Breathing practices are addressed as technologies of consciousness capable of transforming perception and shaping the forms of relationship with others. It seeks to activate embodiment through breathing, voice, emotions and the movement of energy, looking for a practice that pushes the usual limits of the body, turning towards trance, overflow, listening and other forms of transmission and communication.

This practice is an invitation to test the potential of breathing and the possibility of generating an encounter and community space.

DURATION: 2 to 3 hours
